Pray

This has been an very exciting time in my life and I am constantly amazed when I see God at work.  It's something that I wish everyone could experience because it's so cool to feel and see God working through this process.  Here are a couple of things I would love prayer for:

1) School.  I love kids and I love teaching but I have not been formally trained so I spend a lot of time running to catch up!  Pray that God would make up the difference between my desire to be a good teacher and my lack of experience!

2) Language Skills.  It's hard to be here and not understand people.  Some of my church planting efforts cannot begin until I am able to speak Spanish.  Pray that I would have the energy (it's exhausting) and the courage (it can be embarrassing) to learn Spanish.

3) Balance.  It will be very easy to be unbalanced as I start into a busy schedule at the school and working with CMF.  Pray that, even through these busy times, I am able to find quiet moments to be with God and that I am also able to find time for fun with others.

I am also looking for a group of prayer supporters who I can send prayer requests to (occasionally) when I am in Mexico.  These would be people who check have internet access (as I will need to email these requests) and would be willing to commit to pray for the ministry in Mexico, the team, my students and myself.  If you are interested in being a prayer supporter, just fill out the form on the contact page and put "I want to be a prayer supporter" on the memo line of the contact form.
